Each stone we sell has a specific set of products that we think suit it best . Generally these are products produced by Lithofin .
Slate
On our Brazilian slate we recommend either Lithofin Stainstop or Lithofin Slate Oil . It depends on the finish you want . If you want the slate to remain natural in appearance use the Stainstop. If you want to bring out the colouration then use slate oil
Travertine
On both our filled and unfilled products we recommend once again the use of Lithofin Stainstop.
Handworn Beige Limestone
On this stone it eely depends upon the finish you need . If you want the limestone flagstones to retain their initial slightly mottled just use Lithofin Stainstop. If you want a slightly shiny "worn smooth" look use Stainstop as your initial treatment then finish with Lithofin Cobblewax .
