Antique Handworn Limestone
We have spent literally years looking for a really convincing "Old Stone" look at an affordable price . Each stone is naturally split and the edges are hand dressed . The stone is then worked by hand smoothing out some of the surface irregularities but avoiding a completely smooth surface . This gives a superb patina and creates an authentic aged look .
The base stone is a subtle light beige with muted tan and olive tones . The stone is calibrated to an even thickness of 25mm . The edge detail is also irregular with no two tiles being the same this is true to the style of original old limestone floors without the thickness and price of an antique floor .
With a continuous supply and even manageable thickness this stone is a suitable replacement for antique or salvaged French limestone at a fraction of the price.

Equally suited to outside paving Hand-worn beige limestone flagstones can be used for continuous flooring where you interior stop is the same stone that you use on your patio.
When used externally this antique style genuine limestone flagstone gives the look of reclaimed old stones like old Yorkstone or Dalles de Bourgogne but at a fraction of the cost. The stones are also a manageable thickness and come in a pre selected random pattern . This ensures that these limestone flagstones are speedily installed .
